Welcome to this frequently asked questions section. We hope that we will be able to address your questions but if not please Contact us and we will be able to help out.

Q.    Do I need to bring cutlery, bed linen, towels etc?
A.    No all house wares are provided along with hairdryers. A baby high chair, cot, and highchair are also provided.

Q.    Where do I collect the keys?
A.    Keys will be collected from IPG Management Company who will then give you directions to your villa and the keypad number to gain access to the Manors South.

Q.    Will I need a car?
A.    Realistically yes, there are no bus stops by the villa as yet, but we are able to recommend a local taxi firm if required.

Q.    Do I have to pay for electricity etc?
A.    No, the price includes all utilities. (except pool heat available as an optional extra)

Q.    Is there a supermarket near by?
A.    Yes, Publix is approx 2 mins drive and the Walmart Supercentre is approx 7 mins drive.

Q.    Do you allow pets/smoking?
A.    We do not allow pets or smoking for the comfort of the next guest.

Q.    Is there a community pool and children's play area?
A.    Yes, not far from the villa, which is on The Manors North and as our guests you have the use of both.

Q.    When do I have to pay?
A.    Your deposit is due with your booking followed by the balance no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Q.    Will a security deposit be required?
A.    Upon arrival at the IPG reception desk a non refundable payment of $69 will be required. This is a security insurance to cover you for any breakages, or damage to the property or its contents and for any excessive cleaning costs above that normally required in connection with the occupancy (full details of policy can be given on request).
